OUR MINISTRIES

nURSERY

Our Nursery Ministry is provided for newborns through two-year-olds during Sunday School, Sunday Worship, and Wednesday night Bible Study. Our Nursery is available during the Sunday Worship Service should your three-year-old have need of it. We also provide a Nursing area in our Nursery and the Ladies Restroom (located in the front foyer of our Sanctuary) for nursing mothers.

PRESCHOOL & CHILDREN

Our Preschool and Children's ministry, JAM-n-Kids, is for three-year-olds through sixth grade and is packed full of fun, food, fellowship, and Bible. Our Preschool Department is designated for three-year-olds through kindergarten, and our Children’s Department is designated for 1st-6th graders.

• On Sundays, our Preschoolers and Children meet for Sunday School at 9:00 AM, in age-appropriate classes, where your child will be taught the importance of God’s Word, how to use their Bibles, and a lesson from the Bible. We teach from the “Answers in Genesis” curriculum during Sunday School. Following Sunday School, our Preschoolers and Children attend Sunday Worship with their family in the Sanctuary at 10:00 AM.

• On Wednesdays, the Preschoolers and Children meet in the Fellowship Hall at 6:00 PM for a church-wide meal. And at 6:30 PM, we begin our three rotations:

  • First rotation is Music Time, where the Preschool Choir and the Children’s Choir practice songs that each choir/group will sing as specials during a Sunday Worship Service. Each song that each choir/group learns is a God-glorifying song. Our first rotation is closed by watching a video that supports the Bible lesson they are to learn about that night.

  • Second rotation is Bible Drill Time, where the Preschoolers and Children disperse to their age-appropriate classes. The Preschoolers are introduced to the Bible and its importance. The Children learn the Books of the Bible and sections of the Bible (Law, History, Major Prophets, etc.), how to find the Books of the Bibles, how to find verses in the Bible, as well as learn Bible memory verses.

  • Third rotation is Bible Lesson Time, where the children learn a particular Bible lesson from the “Gospel Project” curriculum.

  • We also use Wednesday nights to focus on mission projects that arise within the church.

• There is also a Preschool/Children’s monthly fellowship/event at a separate time.

Youth

Our Youth Ministry, S4G “Students 4 God,” is designated for 7th-12th Graders. The Youth have their own room downstairs during Sunday School and Wednesday night Bible Study for learning the Bible, as well as fun activities to encourage fellowship and friendship, such as ping-pong, carpet ball, air hockey, etc.

• On Sundays, our Youth meet for Sunday School at 9:00 AM, as well as Sunday Worship in the Sanctuary at 10:00 AM.

• On Wednesdays, our Youth meet in the Fellowship Hall for a church-wide meal at 6:00 PM. Then at 6:30 PM, the Youth go downstairs to the Youth Room to learn about the Bible and applicable life lessons as well as fellowship.

• The Youth Bible lessons during Sunday School and Wednesday nights are studying book by book from the “Answers in Genesis” curriculum.

• There is also a Youth fellowship/event each month giving them an opportunity for fellowship and outreach.

• The Youth are also given opportunities to help in mission projects and serving in the church.

• We hope you and your Youth can join us!

Adult

We have several different discipleship opportunities for adults of all ages. We offer several Sunday School classes one can choose to attend that begins at 9:00 AM. The curriculums used in all of our adult classes are “Answers in Genesis” and “Bible Studies for Life.” Sunday Worship Service is at 10:00 AM in the Sanctuary, where we sing God-glorifying songs to the Lord and then hear/learn a verse-by-verse sermon from a book of the Bible. On Wednesday nights, we have a church-wide meal in the Fellowship Hall at 6:00 PM followed by a verse-by-verse, in-depth lesson from a book of the Bible at 6:30 PM. On the second Sunday of each month (unless otherwise stated), we have Celebration Sunday at 5:00 PM, where we sing unto the Lord, give testimony of God’s goodness, and partake of the Lord’s Supper.
